• We learned how to become a great leader.

We are being taught of being a great leader. Even though our father is a great successful person, it doesn't mean that we can inherit those abilities, unless we are taught to be one of them then we can be a great leader.




A great leader is something that we can learned.
Learn to be successful.
Learn to be respect by everyone.
Learn to be love by everyone.
Learn how to be responsible to everyone.
and learn everything to become a great leader.

Monetary Incentive is something such as expectation of rewards that includes action or motivates effort. This incentive is referring to money.  The purpose of giving a monetary incentive is to reward the students to perform for excellent job in  their studies and examination.

In my opinion, to improve grades among the KP 2 students, the monetary incentive is not a good motivator. There might be some people who think that the monetary incentive can be use as a target but personally i think it is useless and not an effective solution.

When there is monetary incentive, students will be discouraged from being creative  during their lesson. Their target is only the monetary incentive. 

I think that incentive is just to encourage the student's. It will effect the student's attitude as well, when they are afraid of taking the risks. Those who dare to take the risk are basically challenging themselves for a better results. but those who are eager to get the monetary incentive, they will only think about getting the money will not put in a lot of effort when once they get the money. Those who dare to take the challenge, they will think more about the future and they will create more opportunity in life using the knowledge they have learned.

Incentive may increase a person's effort but the effort will not basically lead to increase the performance if the individuals is lacking requisite skills.

In my opinion, if the person has the requisite skills, then he or she should tends to believe that the task could be easier to accomplish. They will set a  higher goal or be more committed to these goals. Those who would be positively motivated by monetary incentives may give up their studies especially if they have low self instinct and skills.

Task Complexity is the main factor of failure among the university students. "It is better to prevent than cure" 

Before giving monetary incentive to the KP2 students, the university should consider the skills level of the task structure. Monetary incentive is like a medicine for failed students. Besides thinking of expensive medicine, why don't the organization think of prevention of the disease. In general, if the task complexity is increasing, no matter how much incentive is provided, it will lead to failure. The effect of monetary incentive will decrease unless a person has high levels of self efficiency and skills.

In conclusion, monetary incentives mostly require levels of self efficiency and skills. KP2 students should change their attitude first before setting the target. The institution should also plan their task complexity to decrease the number of KP2 student.

Remember, prevention is better than cure. This will lead to the success of life in the organization.
